Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I am buying half of my new husbands home. I have a Texas General Warranty Deed and need help filling it out. In the paragraph under the property legal description that starts out "T have and to hold...." where it says "unto the said"...do I put his name or mine? Thanks

The Grantee's name (your name) goes there.
