Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have a contract for deed owner finance with a buyer that is failing to meet her financial obigations. I have proceeded with the eviction process. I received an email from her stating that she was now, a week from our eviction hearing, starting to take on roommates and that I would have to pay to evict each one of them seperately. Is this true? Is she just trying to complicate the eviction process? I only have a contract with her, so do I have to evict the other people, or just her?

For now, don't worry about her threats. Let the eviction proceed. My guess is that when the constable shows up to carry her stuff out to the curb, her "live-in friends" won't be so bold, and will leave voluntarily. This situation will probably take care of itself.
