There is no TREC promulgated commercial contract form in Texas; although the Texas Association of Realtors ("TAR") promulgates a form, I would strongly recommend you consider a custom-drafted form on most commercial transactions. The cost should not be that major in connection with a commercial deal and proper legal advice will probably save you money in the long run.
