County Property taxes
Sold the surface rights to a piece of
undeveloped land but retained ownership of ''Mineral Rights'' to the
land. Can the County assess a
taxable value to such mineral
rights without knowing for certain
that any minerals exist?? Rudy

That is something you should challenge. The new owner should be paying the taxes.
