Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Does court cost associated with a property tax suit attach to the lien placed against the property by the taxing agency? Or put another way; If the taxing agency is owed $1,000.00 in back taxes but has $800.00 in court cost, will the $800 attach to the property when it is sold at a later date?
