My ex-girl friend bought me a laptop for a christmas gift on her mom's credit card. I had no idea she purchased it on her mother's credit card. We broke up and now she keeps harassing me and telling me she wants it back. Can she take back my gift? I have the receipt?

It's a gift, and you can keep it if you want to. You don't owe her (or her mother) anything.
She can't harass you if you don't let her. If she calls, hang up immediately.
