Foreclosure after divorce
My ex received possession of our home 6 years ago, however my name was still on the mortgage. He since married and his second wife is deceased. He is now in foreclosure proceedings on the house. Am I still liable for the debt or consequences of foreclosure?

If your name is still on the promissory note and deed of trust, you still have potential liability.
