I own 3 houses in Texas which may be

foreclosed. can i get rid of the deficiency

judgements by bankruptcy?

Possibly. It depends on whether or not there is a fraud allegation associated with the underlying loan documentation. Also, you should consider some alternatives to the foreclosure process, such as a short sale.
