forgery

a warranty deed was forged and had a forensic examiner look over it says she needs to see the original to make it definite forgery,will the judge make this person present the original,he has forged cut and paste or trace over this deed he typed up himself,I want to stop him he has a habbit of forging papers and wants to get away with my house,do any of you attorneys know if the judge will make him produce the original,cause we will nail him with an original,I seriously need help my attorney is rude an not sure if I want to go to court with him,he seems to be going in circlest ,police say he's in california and might be awhile before we get him doI go to the D.A. and make a big stink or what my attorney gives no advice as far as pressing charges on the guy who did this to me ,he claims I signed this deed in 1997 and just had it filed in 2007, waited for 10 years, I found out while I was protesting taxes on it they told me I just conveyed the property over in his trust cause he has 2 IRS LIENS ON HIM SO NOTHING CAN GO IN HIS NAME.Hope some one reads this and maybe guide me through as soon as possible,I'll probably get a deposition on this guy dont know if that's going to help.

Will the judge make him come to san antonio .

Chances are bad guy will destroy the deed before he turns it over. It is hard enough for states to bring back murderers and is highly unlikely that the he will come back to San Antonio. With that said, it sounds like your lawyer isn't very familiar with real estate law. All the lawyer needs to do is open up a declaratory judgment action to have you declared the "true owner" of the property by court order. Bad guy will be served and will probably not appear and you will win by default. Best of luck.
