my friend and i bought a house 7 years ago in Texas..both of our names are on the deed. the house is paid in full. she moved out of the country 2 years ago...do i have the right to remove her name off the deed or will the house always be half hers. i pay the taxes and yearly dues

without looking at the documents, you may be able to handle this with a quitclaim deed but everything needs to be reviewed
