Does a Grantor/Grantee Real Property Document (Deed to Home) as filed make the Grantee the owner of the Home? State of Texas, Harris County.

It depends on the wording of the deed. Typically, the Grantor is the person giving the interest in a parcel to a Grantee. The interest can be occupancy, life estate, an interest for a term of years, etc. Also, there are different types of deeds and quitclaims that transfer or release interests.
