Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have an HOA that won't give me a P&L statement. I want to know what I'm paying for.

If you're a member, and you are if you own property subject to the HOA, they have to show you the books. Requires a written demand pursuant to the applicable statute. I charge $250.00 to write the appropriate demand letter.
