Home Sale
i am married, but owned a home before the marriage. The home is under my name only. I want to sell it and I like to know if the money from the sale belongs to me only or if my wife has a partly right of some money ?

She has a right of reimbursement for community funds that were used to pay for, maintain, and anything else spent for the benefit of the property. Community funds are yours and her income after the date of marriage.
