homeowner association rights

I was at the clubhouse pool area the other day and inquired about a fee i was charged by the hoa. I made comments about how the hoa was run and then the hoa chairperson statred cussing me, so i cussed her back.

I recieved a letter for the hoa about my this today stating that prfanity was not allowed at the clubhouse and any futher action like this i would loose my rights to use it.

the thing is they started the profanity. what could i do about this.

Don't cuss. Then tell your story to the board at the next annual meeting. Maybe you'd like to run for President of the HOA?
