I inherited a house on 3 acres from my parents,my live in boyfriend & I decided to get a home improvement loan after living there for about 5 years,the loan is under my boyfriends name(primary)& me as the co-applicant,ower relationship ended,but he still lives in my house,while I had to move out with my 3 children.Its been 3 years that he has lived in this house & is paying on the loan.My question how can I get him out of my house so my children & I can move back in?

Sounds like he has a monetary interest in that home, too. You need to consult with a property lawyer in person because this will be complicated.
