ins/tax payment

I have a owner finance home we have had a money crises the will force us to pay only the principal and interest payment for the next 3 months, we have money in the essrow for the tax and ins. can we pay only the principal and interest only

Contact your lender immediately. They don't want to foreclose and should work with you.
