judgements by credit card company
If a credit card company places a judgement on a person will it be reflected on their home if it is for non secured debt in Texas. Will this hinder the sale of homesteaded property.

Judgments do not attach to the homestead in TX. If title company requires payment (which they often do), ask the closer to contact their in-house attorney for an explanation of the law.
