Land Partitian

My now deceased father and I purchased 62 acres 19 years ago and I now want to sell it but the deed has both of our names. Can I still put it up for sale?

You have to probate the estate and have a court determine who owns your father's part; then you can sell it. There are some other ways to do this; so talk with a real estate attorney to find the one that best fits your needs.
