Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

land

I have recently bought land. The neighbors have a boat, car and bricks on my property. I have ask them to remove them. Gave them extra time as they had a death in the family. Still they have not made an effort to remove their things. I have once again ask them to have it taken care of as I am ready to build my fence and they are holding me up. Still no effort to do so. I have given them the total of four months to get this done. What can I do about it if they do not remove their property from my land?

If these things have been on your land for a while, then you'll need to go to court to get an order for them to be removed. If you leave them there long enough then you could lose that land; so get this dealt with but without violence or any damage to the land or things.
