landlock

I have been told that in the state of texas you can not landlock someone, Could you please show me the law, which applies to this, and how I go about getting my land, from a landlock.

It is the commonlaw, or "caselaw," that you have to rely on. The general rule is that the parcel yours was created from is the one that will be burdened with an easement to allow ingress and egress.
