Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

we just learned our house is to be up for foreclosure tomorrow. Do we have any recourse? this is due to a mistake by Wells Fargo which we have been trying to resolve for over 8 mos.

You have to deal with Wells Fargo. If you can't get it straight, talk with a lawyer immediately.
