Is their a document that I can have a perspective tenant who is going to rent my home, sign to absolve me of any liability of someone getting hurt in my home while they are renting from me?

Ask them to get a tenant's policy with liability coverage and have you added as an additional loss payee or buy your own umbrella policy. Neither one costs much.
