Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

What can be done to have a mobile home removed from my property. My daughter was foreclosed on and the mobile home is not attached to the land. We gave permission to let them put the mobile home on our property. Now there has been a judgement filed. My daughter was notified that they were going to sell or lease the home. I want the mobile home off of my property. I have already notified them of this fact. What can I do?

If the lender foreclosed..you should be paid storage or rental..so call or contact a local lawyer
