Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

my mortgage is impounded, i am not deliquent, but the mortgage company did not pay the HOA dues. there is also an outstanding balance from before i ourchase the condo. now i am facing non judical forclosure. i send the escrow company the bill and letter from HOA lawyer. i went to mortgage company, they say they are paying it but they never did. what is my option,

Pay the HOA dues yourself--NOW. Worry about who is wrong later. Save your house first. After you get the house off of the foreclosure docket, you can worry about suing the escrow company, title company, and whomever.
