Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Mother passed away years ago, left no will. All my brothers and sisters are passed away, I am the only surviving daughter. The property is in arrears in taxes, and it is listed as "The Estate Of (family Last Name). I can pay the taxes, and take ownership, but how do I go about putting it in my name since its listed as the Estate of "".

Hire a local attorney and file for probate...if the home has any value it will be worth it..hopefully there are not numerous cousins..as it can become expensive..good luck
