Plaintiff filed civil suit in district court. Defendant failed to answer. Plaintiff won a default judgment. Defendant filed a motion for new trial and it was granted. Defendant for 15 months has refused to request a trial date. What motion(s) can Plaintiff file in order to bring this suit to trial?
