If two people inherit farmland 50/50 and one puts cattle or plants a crop on the land (no agreement, just does it) What is the other persons rights? TEXAS

If all the land is used, rent could be charged (@50% normal rate) for the use of the land for grazing or growing crops. If the agreement is for a year or more, it should be in writing.
