If i am the primary borrower on a auto loan and making the payments every month may i take possesion of the vehicle that the 2nd borrower is currently in possesion of. I have gave her 2 months to pay monthly note but she will not pay. I dont want my credit ruined but i fill i should have vehicle if i am paying for it. thank you
