property was put up for collatoral

my aunt sold me a peice of property for 2500. I do have documentaion stating the transfer of property in 2005. Later I come to find out she put up the property for collatoral.Im not sure but i think the property was repossesed by the bank. I still want my property not the money what can i do?

If she put the property up as collateral before she sold it to you, you are probably out of luck. If not, you should talk to a lawyer bcause the bank would have an invalid lien.
