Purchasing land

I have been paying, monthly, for the land I am living on for the past 10+ years, and have not recieved any papers/paperwork from the seller, even after repeated requests/inquiries to. What recourse do I have?

You can get a declaratory judgment from the court that will "declare" you the owner. You will need an attorney and it could cost $2-5,000.
