question about my home
My father died 8 years ago and left half of his house to my mom and the other half to me and my 2 sisters. My mother has sinced moved out and i moved in. My mom thinks she has all athority over the home. I was just wondering if she can leagally ask me to leave.

Most likely she can because usually your rights don't really kick in until after she has passed away. The courts expect adults to support themselves.
