My father left me a 4-unit dwelling and my brother resides in 1 of the units. He refuses to sign a lease can he sue me for the house.? It's deeded under my name..

I'm not sure how he can sue you, based on the limited facts available. If he's on your property without permission, and refuses to sign a lease, then you can have him evicted.
