Real estate question - how do I deed a property that is currently in my name to the real estate management company I own?

If the property is financed, you'll need permission from the mortgagor. If the property is owned outright, then you can deed the property from yourself to the management company. A lawyer or title company should be able to do this for you for a few hundred dollars.
