Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Realtor gave wrong info and cost me money

In brief, I recently sold a house with above ground pool asking price $110,000 the buyer offered full price but asked for $3000 towards costs. When the realtor showed me the offer, I said ''OK but they're not getting to pool.'' She looked at the offer and said ''It's not listed here so it's not included'' I reiterated and made sure that I could remove the pool. I took the pool down and moved it to storage in my new house. The buyers' realtor the asked''where was the pool'' It turns out that the pool was listed elsewhere in the contract which superceded the place my realtor looked. I had to bring it back, pay them for the deck and give them a day in the spring to help them put it back up. To replace the pool would cost approx. $3000 QUESTION: Do I have grounds to sue my realtor for her screw up?
