Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I want to refinance my mortgage, but it is still in my late husband's and my name. He had no will and we do not have children together; however he has 4 children by previous marriages and I have one child by a previous marriage. How is the best/fastest/least expensive route to satisfy the title company?

find a lawyer in the county where your husband died..and he will probablyget title but he must have the children agree...your child has no rights in the house until you die..most title companies know lawyers who could assist...
