release of lien
My Mother owner financed some property, the buyer has paid the loan off. Which form do I file with Harris County, TX release the Deed of Trust? To complicate matters, Mother has had a stroke and I have Trust Agreement to act in her behalf, do I send a copy release?

You will need to file the power of attorney from your mother and the release of lien, it that order. An attorney should charge you around $100 to examine the documents and prepare the release.
