Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I reside in Houston, TX. Recently my satelite radio was stolen from my vehicle while in the care of an auto repair shop. They won't take responsility for the theft and claimed either I took it or it wasn't ever there. The amount to take them to small claims court is greater than the cost to replace the radio...but I can't let them get away with it because more than likely it was an inside job. What can I do in this situation? Thanks

File a police report and contact your auto insurance.
