Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I would like to know how my sister could take out a reverse mortgage on

our homestead that is still in our deceased father name? she still have two

brothers living.the loan was taken out with james b. nutter & company in

kansas city ,mo the title company was title stream,should the title company

be responsible for this mistake.

Perhaps she had a power of attorney/pehaps your parents agreed...call the title company or hire a lawyer to investigate.or ask her, have you?
