Tax Sale Question
When I buy a property at tax sale do I have to do an action to quiet title afterwards? Also, do I get immediate possession or do I have to wait until the redemption period expires. Thank you.

Your title automatically becomes marketable after the redemption period expires. You can take possession immediately, but if there are occupants, they must be evicted according to procedures you will find at the local justice of the peace's office.
