title problem

i have a judgment on my title that i need removed. how do i go about it, it stems from a bankruptcy. my attorney has died leaving this unfinished. the party that was awarded the judgment is no longer in business.

I will need to obtain some more facts about this before I can give an opinion on it. Specifically, was the judgment satisfied (i.e. did you pay it?) Also, who went bankrupt? You or the judgment holder? And when? (before or after the judgment was entered)

As for what you can do, there are a few special types of law suits that you can file that will clear title to property. As for which one is appropriate, it depends on the answers to the above questions. I would probably need to pull a title report on this matter as well.
