Trespassing on private property

My neighbor's daughter on her mother's instructions took water from my property to water their plants without my permission and when i asked why the mother got upset and called me names. Do i have a legal course of action

If she continues to abuse you, you can get a restraining order. You could also sue daughter for trespassing and damages, but I doubt the use of water would amount to much. I think Mom's reaction was hostile because she knew she was wrong - you may just want to ingore the situation and hopefully it will go away. Good luck.
