My uncle has been living in my house for over ayear,I made him move out, I am available to let him get his property,but he will not get it out of my house,can I keep it.

Send a certified letter and same letter by regular mail to uncle and give him a two week deadline and tell him you will donate items if they're not picked up by that time. Then donate and keep a receipt.
