Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

My ex wife and I own a home in Texas. We are both on the mortgage and she lives there with her husband right now. Can she sell the home and keep all profits if her name is only one on the deed, even tho I am on the mortgage?

She cannot sell the house without your signature. Who gets the profits is determined by your prior divorce decree.
