wife signed deed as my seperate property

My wife signed deed to her house over to me as my seperate property while we were married, to get a home equity loan to pay off my student loan of $6,500 is there anything a judge can do to not allow me any part of the house. it was origionally inheritance money she bought the house with, before we were married. and it is now financed in my name only, like the deed as well .

Hmmmm. The judge? Does this mean you are heading for divorce? If so, when there is a dispute over property, the attorneys will present the facts to the judge, and the judge could split the property equitably. There is no hard and fast rule when there is a divorce.
