I HAVE BEN RENTING A APT. FOR ABOUT 3 YRS. THERE IS NO WRITTEN CONTRACT,ONLY ORAL,PRETANING TO AMOUNT OF RENT.IT IS A QUADPLEX MOSTLY HUD,EXCEPT MYSELF,CAN THE LANDLORD,JUST KICK ME OUT ,WITHOUT ANY NOTICE,OR any adjustment time to relocate:thanks--name removed--w.

Without a written lease for a specific term, you and your landlord have a month to month lease. Either you or the landlord may terminate the lease upon 30 days notice to the other party.
