Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

My dad would ask me to pose naked in front of him while he masturbated when I was younger. I also had to sit on his lap. My mom was involved too, but she suffered from him terrorizing the family. I want to do something with this, because it affected me in a bad way, but I don't want my mom to get in trouble. What should I do? (I am a friend, she doesn't want to use her own mailadres because her dad checks)

1) For purposes of Texas sexual assault law, a "child" is a person younger than 17 years of age. The act is considered to have been without the victim's consent if physical violence was threatened or used in order to get the victim to submit or participate to the defendant's actions. Also, if the victim for any reason is physically unable to resist or appreciate the nature of the act being performed, there is a lack of consent.

2) 1) When filing a harassment claim in the state of Texas, its usually necessary to file with a government agency first, for example the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) in case of office working woman. The commission will usually launch an investigation into the matter to determine whether a violation has occurred. The TWC also acts as a neutral fact-finder to establish which facts are true in the case and which might not be.

3) Ur mother is also liable to be penalised being the abettor to the offence.
