Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

Harrasment from a Houston Community college Professor

Is there anything that I can do to get credit for a college class that I am been dropped from when I complained to the Dean about harrassment from a professor. I complained on a Friday and was dropped the following Monday for a different reason than my complaint.I met with his supervisor and was told that after the grades are posted that I can appeal. But since he dropped me a few days before the final exam I am not allowed to take the exam. The professor has been harrassing me and others. I fianlly complained after he lectured to a girl for 20 minutes during an exam that I was trying to take and could not focus on because of the disruption in class.

If this harrassment was based on your gender, you may have grounds to pursue administrative and legal relief.
