needing answers

what king of help would i need to file a law suite on my sixth grade teacher. i was with her for five years and now i am suffering alot of emotional disstress.

There isn't enough information in here for me to tell you what you can do. Specifically, I need to know what you are accusing the teacher of doing, when it happened, and your age at the time. Also, were the incidence ever reported to anyone at the school? Finally, was this a public or private school?
