Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

Rape?

I had a child with a girl when I was highly intoxicated and don't even remember having sex. She stated that we did. Can this be considered ''date rape''? I'm paying child support now and am in need of the money I am paying since I've gotten married and my wife and I have had our own child.....while sober! Who would believe me, a guy saying he was raped?!!!

If the child is yours, you are legally (and ethically) bound to support the child until he or she is 18 or graduates from high school, typically at 20% of your net salary up to a support amount of $1500.00 each and every month. It sounds as if you might have some doubt as to parentage. You can arrange a DNA test to assess the paternity.
