Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

If an ordained minister of a church is/was

counseling me, knowing my homosexual tendencies,

what legal action could I take after he broke

breech of client relationship and had sex with me

in his home & office on more than one occass

You should report his to his church, and in many states, ministers may also be certified or licensed therapists. If so, you can report him/her to the appropriate licensing board.

Please seek a more professional counselor to work out any problems/anger from this unforgivable breach of confidence.
